who do you mean? odh, manny or shane, cotto? well they all refused to fight floyd when they were prime. why? because corrales, castillo, gatti all chose to fight floyd in their primes and look what happened to them.

all i ask is you be honest about floyd's whole career. prior to the odh fight floyd was a high risk low reward fight for any of the top fighters so they avoided him. shane had a toothache, cotto decided it was better to wait, manny was afraid of needles and ODH waited until he didn't have to split money with Bob.

I don't get why people care about Cenelo getting tested before having a big fight~ he is jumping straight to the final exam which is a very hard thing to do and a ballsy move (although a well paying ballsy move).

Sink or swim time, which I thought people were asking Canelo to do, I don't see how he could have too big a challenge if people are asking him to take on a challenge~ taking on the biggest ones should be applauded IMO.

thats what is so sad. there is a clear demarcation in floyd's career. Before ODH (really the 24/7) floyd couldn't carry a card by himself outside of grand rapids. he had to got to jersey for gatti and to miami (i think) for brussels, to frisco for Jesus Chavez. when he fought Castillo both times think those vegas crowds were pro floyd? GTFO those were mostly Mexican fans in attendance.

my guess is because if the money wasn't there many posters doubt Canelo would go anywhere near floyd.

also, some posters will hate on anything floyd does. so if he fights canelo he's ducking manny/sergio, if he fights wlad or vitali, he's ducking ward and sergio. you know the drill.
