manny's TR deal is his problem. No matter what he makes, they get a percentage. manny has had opportunities to leave TR and he hasn't. Maybe he will after JMM 4 and then the $40 mil is all his minus whatever he gives to trainers, etc.

lets hope the upset bug doesn't bite Manny. I can't see it, especially if the fight is being planned behind the scenes.

From Pac's POV, he's getting $26m for JMM or Mosley vs $29m for Floyd, he doesn't give a **** what Floyd's calculation is. That's a 11% bump for the biggest fight in boxing. Sound like good business to you?

I think it already bit him. He officially lost to Badley and many believe, myself included, he lost to JMM in Nov. Im rooting for JMM, cause he was robbed of his rightful crown, thats why i dont get involved in all this floyd/manny talk till after this fight.

manny's problem is none of floyd's bussiness...why the hell should he drop arum just for floyd?

but manny still has to pay TR and everyone else out of those gfigures. So is it better to get $29 mil or $40 mil, thats a no brainer.

Just one point, the fight has to sell enough to meet expectations. If the fight sells, 3 milvppv, then yes manny made a bad deal. If the fight sells 1.5 mil ppv, manny made a GREAT deal. So manny's gurantee, whether its good or bad business, is relative.

                    Puga:

                    welcome back.

floyd dropped ARum just for ODH. he went from a $5 mil fighter to a $40 mil fighter/promoter. odh left bob and went froma $20 mil fighter to a $50 mil fighter/promoter.
