Manny is not going to dictate terms because he is the smaller draw of the 2 fighters. Same as floyd when he fought odh.

Usually everyone is desperate to fight Pac as he is the biggest name, so Pac rightly sometimes gets his own way and calls the shots. Now you are claiming Floyd is the man, so he calls the shots. So long as we know it is Pac desperate get the fight made and not Floyd then we havent got an issue here.
