Serious question. How is Martinez/Floyd the same as Martinez/Ward?

But when he was gonna fight Cotto one of the "advantages" Cotto had was size and nobody seemed to care but now that its about Floyd everyone and their mom cares. I know the size difference between Floyd and Cotto is not the same as the size difference between Floyd and Martinez but still. A few more things, Martinez just fought a much bigger guy than him with no problems. When you're good or better than the other guy you find ways to win so what's the matter here? Isn't Floyd some type of GOAT according to his fanboys? When Floyd was obviously bigger than Marquez none of his fans seemed to care and even cheated on the scales. Same Floyd fans who like Broner never seemed to care or denied he was in a weight class where he was bigger than everyone else.
So I say take the Martinez test Floyd. Or is he gonna retire again? Or fight Canelo instead? Sit back and enjoy some more cherry picking.

Of course I'll get attacked saying that I'm "afraid" to see Floyd fight Martinez, which is not the case at all. Just trying to talk some common sense, because people on this site are so ******edly obsessed with seeing Floyd lose. Floyd should fight Pac.
I also don't think Martinez should move up and fight the best Super middleweight either.
It should not be "He's too small for Martinez," at the same time that people want him to fight Saul Alvarez.

Sergio going to 168 is not the same as Floyd at 154, because Floyd has been at 154 twice & is a 2 time champ there.
Martinez has never ever been to 168,ever.
Floyd would be fighting at 154 for a 3rd time, 4th if he ducks Martinez & fights ginger instead.

Not the same of course !
Martinez/Floyd : Martinez has 60-70 % chance for winning , he is the favourite for me
Martinez/Ward : Martinez is the clear underdog , his chance for winning isn't more than 10 % IMO
so the chances for floyd at 154 is at least triple of that of Martinez at 168
it is about body limits , Martinez has small body , he isn't natural middleweight , and can't afford 168
while Mayweather can compete in 154 much easier
the style of Martinez need spead and and much movements and footwork
to make it clear , Martinez at 168 is like Pacquiao at 154

still bummin martinez i see.
there is no reason why martinez cant fight at 168, considering the fact you expect pacquiao to go to 154 for a cotto fight.

So what's the difference between him being smaller against Oscar, Cotto & maybe ginger as opposed to being smaller against Martinez?? Outside of Martinez being better than all 3??
