Serious question. How is Martinez/Floyd the same as Martinez/Ward?

So Floyd taking a risk and fighting outside of his comfort zone should go against him? I'm not against Floyd fighting Martinez at 154lb or 160lb. At 160lb I feel he'd lose but he'd have the opportunity to make history.

What I'm against is hypocrites, people who feel it is okay for other fighters to take risks fighting outside of their natural division yet when it comes to Martinez it is acceptable to hide behind the fact that he never fought that high before. There's a first time for everything in life.

Sergio Ward is a completely 1 sided fight. He cannot compete with Ward at 168. If you take a look at any reasonably competent boxing fan they will readily admit that.

The difference between those people & the average Floyd fan, is that the average Floyd fan will say that Floyd beats Martinez at 154 & 160, but in the same post, same sentence even, give boatloads of excuses as to why the fight doesn't happen.

Floyd will beat Martinez but he shouldn't fight him because:
