I taught for a second there you were a real fan but you have an agenda against Certain fighters! Go watch Cotto fight the Undefeated Torres, Name one fighter today who came thru that kinda fire and won. Think Lara beats Cotto as bad as he did P.W when Floyd Couldnt? And Yes Williams has a better chin than cotto but didn't hit as hard as Margarito(bricks or no bricks) I sincerly doubt Trout beats Cotto! Mayweather had trouble landing on Cotto and he is one of the most accurate ever and no way Trout defends half the shots Floyd did on the ropes

Martinez is bigger than Floyd naturally but I don't think the difference is 15/20 lbs. Floyd signed up with Marquez for a 144 lb. fight and chose not to make weight but come in at 146. That was a few years ago. Floyd looks like a piece of steel when he weighs in for his recent fights at 146 or 147. He has no extra weight at all. He has matured into a full welterweight. Martinez was fighting at 154 with no problems when he took the tittle from Pavlic at age 34. His natural fighting weight is still 154. He is about 7 or 8 pounds bigger than Floyd when both are at there lowest strong fighting weight in my opinion.

Floyd walks around at 150+, Martinez walks around at 170+. He was 176 lbs 30 days before the Chavez fight. I don't care how ripped Floyd looks, his highest fight weight on record is 151.

But boxing fans don't care about these details, they just wanna see big names fight each other, regardless of weightclasses. They play too much Fight Night.

Sergio got 1.4 million I believe for fighting Chavez. Put him up against Money Mayweather and he will make triple or maybe quadruple that? It's a no brainer that fighting Floyd would get him more money, but it's riskier where as a second Chavez fight could be another bigger payday (he would probably get 50-50 this time).
