WTF is up around here?!?...dudes giving Jr props for showing heart?!?...the ***er was like 20 pounds bigger amd was getting walked down most of the night...smh...heart?!?...Sergio showed mad heart...he beat the ish outta that big ass boy....Jr was NEVER any good in my eyes...just a hyped up son of a legend...thats all!!!

YOU just don't know boxing, your too young to understand the ramifications of this fight, this was more than Sergio surgically cutting up Chavez , this was the young Chavez coming out and making his name and dude, HE DID, HE NEVER QUIT like WESS said he would, he took ALL THOSE SHOTS and he NEVER gave up and he came out and had Sergio within ONE SHOT to WIN the most dramatic fight this year.

Boxing is more than just beating on a guy its more its what has the other guy, its what Sergio did to his last opponents and its what he COULD NOT DO THAT he said he would do, but it nearly happened to him.

He get's outclassed in every sense of the word and catches a fighter on the chin whose thrown close to a thousand punches in the last round as he's obviously exhausted? Chavez got his ass handed to him for 11 rounds...to the point of a forced retirement/exposing...and given the insanity of his fans has probably revived a B fighter PPV career for a while that was certain for death. I think Cavez got the break of a lifetime and Martinez proved his heart and toughness.

Dont be an idiot. JCC can learn from the fight and Martinez is 37. If you don't think JCC can start earlier instead of late then you are dumber than a box of rocks. History is littered with fighters who were outboxed entirely and came back to win. Martinez is damn lucky this isn't the 15 rounds days. He gets stopped in the rematch. Oh and I guess Chavez Jr was at his 100% ... The kid was hurt a couple of times, his face was destroyed at the end of the fight and received a lot of punishment from Martinez.

Martinez outclassed, teacher taught the student a lesson.
The only reason for a rematch is easy, $$$$$ if Jr didn't KD Martinez their would be no talk of a rematch. That KD just showed a so called bum who barely threw and was a punching bag for pretty much all the fight, was able to KD a top p4p.
