Very glad Martinez got back the belt that was stolen from him. Let's not get carried away though, while the last round was exciting Martinez showed what people have been saying all along, Jr isn't any good. Don't get me wrong the kid has improved cause he used to be just horrible, but c'mon son, the hype he was getting for beating guys he was 2x bigger then is crazy. His best win was Andy Lee. Andy freakin Lee son!!

Martinez takes the rematch easily. He's a class above Jr and he'll be extra cautious not to get tired and get caught like that late in the fight.

he probably outweighed martinez by 20lbs...

sergio got lazy in the 12th and he got caught..

This was embarassing minus the last round. Chavez would throw one punch and get hit with 6. He was TRYING to pressure him but just too big, too slow. A few times Martinez without even turning him got nearly behind him. Sm was sharp but go lazy leaning back and got hit once.

              Chavez showed heart tonight.
He lost every round but came back in that last round and almost stopped Martinez.

Chavez Jr will be a new legend tonight back in mexico.
              Heart wins the fans over.

He lost the fight but won the drama.

Chavez is a perfect example of why a fighter shouldn't be protected for so long throughout his career. He got beaten into submission and lost his way, caught between trying to survive and trying to stay in the game.

Massive respect for Chavez though hes got heart and he still has a big future.
He doesnt steal rounds he dominated he round throwing 80 and landing twenty, controlling the ring, not letting JCC jr get off

I saw that. His dad kept passing instructions on but totally ignored Roach. Easy nights work for Freddie
