If the fight was at 175lbs and Ward had won in the same fashion without it having to be in his home-yard and with-out that absolute horrible referee Smoger who allows boxers to wrestle at times theirs a rule book in boxing for a very good reason!

I think Wladimir Klitschko should look to hire Steve Smoger, their would be absolutely no chance in hell would anyone stand a chance.
If Chad Dawson ain't complaining then why are you?

what a beatdown! He broke Dawson's confidence and his face! I really didn't expect it to go down so easy. That was one of the most lopsided beatdowns I've ever seen. And chad is considered the best lightheavy on earth, wow. GGG should move up and give it a shot, although i think ward spanks him also.

No doubt... Dawson weighed 185 pounds last night. Did not complain, did not give any excuses, nothing. Dawson lost like a man and gave credit to Ward.

Much respect to Dawson. As of right now nobody can argue that Ward is #1 P4P, because he is and by a mile.

Mosley was the top guy at welter when Pac beat Cotto for his little trinket. But it can always be argued that Cotto's loss to Margs was very much in question and even if it wasn't, Cotto had beaten Mosley.

Let's be real. Hatton CLEARLY loss to Collazo @ 47 before being stopped by PBF meanwhile Bradley was cleaning out the division @ 40 so hype wise Hatton was the man but realtalk is Bradley was the man for real @ 40. Cotto got smashed by Margarito (cheat or whatever) then Arum dug up a gasoline attendant (that we haven't heard from since) to ease his own conscious for what he was doing to Cotto and about to do again. That WBO belt @ 147 was bogus as hell!!! Then Arum played Cotto like a fiddle and got him to defend again Roid at a catch weight. Bottom line: BOGUS TITLE!!!

Henry Armstrong held the feather, light, and welterweight titles simultaneously. These guys fought in eras with 8 divisions and one title per. Imagine if they had fought in an era with 17 watered down divisions and 5 recognized world titles per. Its not an exaggeration to say they would have won titles in 10+ divisions. Super middleweight has been one of the deepest divisions in boxing the last couple years and Ward cleaned it out. To me, that's a lot more impressive than the seek out the worst beltholder in a division, beat him, and move on routine Pac has been on.

Now your talking Hit, I totally agree.

Are there fans actually making excuses for Sad Chad? It was simple he got his a$$ handed to him by a superior fighter. And now he can go north again and find some other senior citizens to beat on.
