P4P is the ability to move up or down in weight an perform at a high level. Ward has never done that. He has never even attempted to do that, as of yet. There no talent at 168. He didn't move up and fight Chad at 175. Chad was the one trying to be p4p, not Ward. Ward doesn't skip over Pacquiao or Mayweather then guys have fought in over 7 weight classes! Thats what p4p is! and Sergio is still holding down the 3rd slot.. I need to see Ward at 175 first..

You called the fight to happen in your own backyard had home-town judges and had the same referee who ALWAYS referee's his fight who he knows will allow him to fight like a dirty *****!! AKA Steve Smoger (terrible referee)

That was certainly a masterful, best fighter in the world type performance that left no doubt that Ward was the better man, but...

Dawson was absolutely destroyed by the weight. He had no punch resistance and no energy. It's unfortunate, but it's the truth.

Damn homie. You have a lot of excuses. Dawson got KO'd bottom line. He was talking a good one before the fight about how he was feeling good at 168 and that he is going to do this and that to Ward but Dawson was never no match for Ward which I said from the beginning. I would have preferred for it to be at 175 just so that Andre Ward could have taken the LHW title.

Well anyone who's primarily been fighting at LHW for most of his career and isn't exactly no spring chicken he's not in his 20's this is boxing not UFC where you can move down 50lbs and probably still be a champion because the opposition is not there!
If the fight was at 175lbs and Ward had won in the same fashion without it having to be in his home-yard and with-out that absolute horrible referee Smoger who allows boxers to wrestle at times theirs a rule book in boxing for a very good reason!

I think Wladimir Klitschko should look to hire Steve Smoger, their would be absolutely no chance in hell would anyone stand a chance.

Any referee who allows fighters to constantly clinch and push people to the ropes and put headlocks in lead with the head and cause a cut from it without giving a stern warning qualifies as a bad referee to me, theirs actually a set of rules for boxing you know?
They're intended to be enforced by a referee who should know these rules!
Just because you're the referee doesn't mean you should make people fight the way YOU'D like them to, why should one referee allow someone to constantly clinch and then another who quite rightfully only allow a tiny bit of it (within accept-ion when you're actually hurt not using it as a tactic) the rules were made to be enforced not to be ignored!

Dawson looked fine at the weigh in, said he was fine and most people agreed.. He got his ass whipped by a better fighter, deal with it.. Ward did what he was supposed to do.. I assume if the fight was more competitive ward would have struggled with a weight drained chad? What a joke, so basically this was a lose lose situation for ward lol
