Pacquiao - Too nice to publicly smack talk Mayweather into a corner to fight him. If Pacquiao did this to Mayweather as Mayweather did to him, oh my. Mayweather's true rainbow colors would be visibly flying around everybody including his dedicated little unicorn fanbase.

You can't knock him for Mosley happening in 2010. He wanted Mosley in 05-06 but Mosley came up with every excuse in the book as to why it couldn't happen. Once Shane actually showed interest in fighting him, after Shae stopped Marg to become the guy at WW, Floyd fought him. That could have happened earlier had Shane wanted it.
