I sure hope Chad isn't drained to walking zombie mode, this guy normally comes in at 190+ for his fights, and now Ward refused a CW so Chad has to go down to 168...

Isn't it nice when all the facts are laid out, and you don't gotta look for ****? lol
If Dawson is 1lb over and can't take anymore weight off, they'll just have to renegotiate the contract right then and there, or cancel the fight. Blame Dawson for allowing his ego to take control of his mouth.

Nothing I didn't already know. Not really sure why Ward is so afraid to fight outside of Oakland? Grow up, already!
The Pascal fight woke Chad up. I have little doubt Chad wins this fight, the scorecards may tell a different story though.

I know that technically it is true, but it just sounds so ****** and shows how pussified boxing is with the weight class. 168 is basically a new weight class, it doesn't have a whole lot of history. When was it established, the 60s? It's a fairly new weight class compared to the others. Andre Ward is no small fighter, he won Olympic Gold at Light Heabvyweight[178lbs]. Chad Dawson was a former SMW himself, and Andre Ward was a former LHW himself. These two are virtually the same size. Dawson is not picking on a small fighter.

Remember how Ward was saying that Bradley should give the belt back? Well, assuming that the fight is very controversial and people scream "robbery", let's see how he reacts. Let's see if he takes his own advice.

And props to both guys. This is going to be a damn good fight and it's how boxing should be. The best fighting the best.

@ some of the posters in here. It isn't hard to see, just look at the post Bhop interview from Dawson to see he said he'd fight Ward at 168. Now if he offered Ward 170 and they turned it down then ok, Dawson shouldn't have said he'd do it at 168 nor should he have called out a guy a weight division below him and expect to be done any favors. It's funny cause I don't hear Dawson crying about it but people are all up in arms about it. Seems some will try to find any reason to hate on Ward, Smh.
