Everyone laughed at how bad the ratings were last time, well they just got worse. Olympics werent even airing on the west coast.

UFC On FOX Ratings So Far:

UFC On FOX 1: 5.7 million viewers
UFC On FOX 2: 4.7 million
UFC On FOX 3: 2.4 million
UFC On FOX 4: 2.13 million (overnight estimate)
First off I would like to say I enjoy both sports, but I prefer boxing over UFC. But I don't look at things the way some of you idiots do, for instance TS seems to think everything is Boxing vs UFC, when it's not as they are two entirely different sports.

      1. The Olympics WAS playing on the West Coast, wtf are you even talking about?

1a. This has nothing to do with boxing.

      2. The Staples Center for UFC on FOX 4 was SOLD OUT, 18,000+ people came to watch it, meanwhile Ortiz-Lopez at the same venue only did around 6,000, with tons given out. How do you explain this? Ouch, this one must burn.

      3. That UFC on FOX card was one of the best UFC events I've seen this year, there was NOT A SINGLE BAD FIGHT. It was enjoyable the entire way through.

      4. There's a thread a few pages back releasing some of the numbers boxing has been doing on HBO, and they are ALL below what UFC on Fox did.

You biased idiots disgust me, and this is coming from a boxing fan. I expect TS to ignore this post.

True. I must say Rua and Vera were both in HORRIBLE shape.

And how are those bad ratings? Wasn't Canelo getting like 1.6M viewers? They may be declining but they aren't bad at all are they?

I enjoy both sports, I'm not some cringe fan that only supports one sport and feels somehow FORCED to hate other sports. It's as ****** as people who complain about soccer and football.

UFC at the Staples Center sold out with 18,000+ fans.

Boxing at the Staples Center sold around 3k - 5k tickets.

It's fact. As for your Floyd, Pac, and Klit statement, no one on that UFC card was as much of a draw as they are, yet they still sold out. Stop being childish please. I watch boxing over UFC any day but this card was great. I feel sorry for those who missed it.

Yeah HBO, a premium channel, with 30 million subscribers is doing slightly lower numbers then FOX, a free channel, that's in 200+ million homes...that's not a good sign no matter how you try to slice it...

It definitely was. Every card on the main event was amazing. That Lauzon - Varner fight was crazy back and fourth action and that Machida KO was awesome.

Comparing Ortiz vs Lopez to a whole fight league? thats childish. You know damn well if boxing would of sold out if they had marque names.Shogun and machida are draws thats two solid fights + the deep talent pool in the undercard. You mma fans always make that comaprison between a WHOLE league (UFC) vs. c+ fighters.

Feel free to combine all the numbers of recent fights like Ortiz-Lopez, Broner-Escobedo, Khan-Garcia and the UFC still did more live gate. Again, stop being insecure. Why does it seem like you guys all have baby brother complex? It's sad because UFC IS the baby brother, yet the older brother is still obsessed with everything little brother does. It's sad.
