The one who should look it up is you. I already explained that I wasn't biased, and am not biased with any fighter, do keep up.

So lets go back to the beginning, you quoted my opening post which started with stating there are known concerns about him and that making like a thread like this could haunt me, I wouldn't say that if I was irrationally optimistic about him.

So......... your whole point is kind of off the mark based on where we started unless you didn't read what you quoted.
I didn't really have a point to make to begin with, just mocking the overhyped-ness of another fighter before it's warranted, and I just wanted an excuse to post the puking gif, if you must know, you don't even know what I think about the guy. I could be a fan for all you know, that has nothing to do with the fact that I root for some fighters to lose because their fans are ridiculous, alot of people do that, in many different sports. It's not a big deal really. I haven't once said anything negative about the guy, only about ignorant and irrational fans.

I've been watching him since the Olympics, he has a lot of potential but he needs to get some rounds in. He's still very raw at times even tonight when he was throwing those jabs while going backwards.

Hopefully he can make some noise because the US is dying for a good heavyweight, especially one with power.

I'm one fight away from becoming a real fan.

(Of course that one fight has to be against an active top 20 HW)

OK I guess but like I said I think the is very weak minded get affected by anyone like that~ and just because a lot of people do it doesn't make it not weak minded.

Also I here to talk about boxing not random fans that I don't listen to for any kind boxing guidance.

Yes and no. I also get excited about a new HW champ from the U.S., but I can't stand it when people act like that will revive boxing, people please, the U.S. has never been (or not in many, many years I should say) nationalistic in boxing, it would be hugely hyporitical, with the blatant racism and political agendas in this country, be a fan of the sport first; the HW division needs talent, and competition. Not necessarily, a U.S. elite presence, the talent should be from anywhere. The whole "screw the division because there are no U.S. HWs" attitude is sickening.

Not saying that's you, but I hear that talk all the time around here. If these people were so "patriotic", they wouldn't be the same people taking shots at people like Mayweather, Broner, Arreola, Ward, Alexander, and Bradley.

Not sure why you think it's weak minded when I have said more than once other people don't influence how I see a fighter, only who I root for in a fight.

I can't be a fan until he steps it up. He has potential but until he fights a top 50 fighter then I'm not investing in him.

                  I'm the same.
He's looked impressive destroying everybody.... but there's always factor's that make the opponent so unappealing.
Could be records for his earlier fights, age or the massive layoffs some of them have.

I don't mind being the skeptic who later learns to appreciate him. I'll give him this though, he's got a bazooka of a right hand

I would still be taking it slow with him for those reasons and more really, he is always going to be flawed especially from a technical boxing sense but the question really is can he do his things good enough to cancel out those flaws or at least mitigate them greatly.

I think a couple fights with light hitting smaller boxer types would help him a lot.

Because that is weak minded, you are rooting against someone based on nothing a guy actually did just what some random dudes said~ and you want to see him lose so you can stick it to those guys?

You think that is a good look for you?
