Every other boxer seems to have a fancy strength trainer and nutritionist but Floyd eats junk food and does his own circuit routines.

Are strength/conditioner/nutritionists overrated? Does plain hardwork and old school training trump all?
Yes they are. Of course science evolves and we know more about the human body now than we did 20 years ago, so it's good learn new conditioning techniques and be up to date on science but conditioning coaches are not necessary and they don't make that much of a difference.

Mayweather don't "EAT LIKE CRAP" that is just for the Camera, he probably does that as "PRODUCT PLACEMENT" for a Sponsor when HBO 24/7 shows him eating McDonalds or talk about going to a Fast Food Restaurant

he has a Personal Chef that I am sure cooks healthy for him most of the time, eating junk food won't hurt someone like him because he burns all that out running for miles and miles around vegas and working out 2 or 3AM compared to someone else who eat that junk and sit in front of a computer all day lol

This is true. I dont know if this still is how it's run with EL having more things to do now. But in the beginning of his career El was his trainer. May does eat bad on his out late at night days; but he has a chef that makes him meals 5 out of 7 days a week.

No need to be a pro boxer to realize these conditioning coaches are overrated. A regular boxing trainer who keeps up to date with strength and conditioning techniques is more than enough.

He has a very low punch output but makes up for it with a high percentage of punches landing and doesn't take too much damage in fights so doesn't get so tired. If/when he ages, reflexes slow down, becomes less accurate he will need to throw more punches to make up for it. Probably will get hit more becoming more fatigued.

I don't think Floyd has the best stamina, he couldn't throw a 80-100 punches a round like some fighters. But because of his awkward style he really doesn't need to.

Floyd's conditioning is good enough for his style of fighting though. He don't need to be benching crazy weights or competing in triathlons when he has his boxing talent. Fights are not won and lost depending on how much you can squat.

His conditioning is not really deceiving. His conditioning is just extremely disciplined. People don't realize that unlike 95% of boxers, Floyd Mayweather stays in shape year-round. This is not a seasonal game for him. He stays in shape year round, refrains from drinking alcohol, refrains from drugs, refrains from putting on a bunch of water weight for fights, etc. He is practically never out of shape. I think this jail stint may be the first time in many years where he will be out of shape for obvious reasons.

Besides his work ethic, it is his extreme discipline which is valuable to his conditioning. This guy is a true athlete and is extremely well aware that he has to do what others do not when it comes to work ethic and discipline. When he said on HBO that he is the hardest working athlete in the world -- he wasn't saying that for kicks. That was very real talk. If you see Floyd talk, he always drop some ***els into this here and there that sheds some light into his conditioning. Like when Victor Ortiz weighed 160 a month before their fight, Floyd was laughing saying how these fighters today are not disciplined and how they are all the same.
