No he's obviously a crybaby who eats crap when it suits him but cries when it's a punishment. Are you really this much of a sympathizer?Ok, you can add that to what I just posted but know it has nothing to do with the topic of this thread. Stay on topic or do you even know what the topic is?
At the end of the day he complained about the quality of the food and water he was provided in jail which contradicts ignorant people who think he only eats junk food. Obviously he is very picky on what he consumes.

floyd is in the gym 365 days a year for 16 years and never out of shape !

He has good sized biceps at this age from catching punches on the mits. Most trainers have decent arms regardless of age for this reason.Comment

Of course he doesnt always eat this way. He had to gain for Cotto. Everything boxers eat isn't a great salad, some pasta and either baked chicken or fish.And he is always in shape. He eats like crap, and trains himself. He does the same basic workout routine of dumbell shadow boxing circuits, neck harness reps with 25 pound weight, chin ups, dips, and get ups for abs, and ended with Jump rope.
Every other boxer seems to have a fancy strength trainer and nutritionist but Floyd eats junk food and does his own circuit routines.
Are strength/conditioner/nutritionists overrated? Does plain hardwork and old school training trump all?Comment
