    Loud Mouth Guerrero

people need to stop taking this article SO personally

he's just stating that Guerrero should actually work his way up to such a fight instead of clamoring for a fight without any significant victories.

you can't really argue against that, Aydin is now Guerrero's best win above Lightweight. For Guerrero to act like he's hot **** or a 4 weight division champion makes him look like an absolute clown. Plus Guerrero was was saying Mayweather was ducking him before the fight with Aydin was signed. Which is also a foolish thing to say

Don't blame the writer for using Star Status because that's how things work in Boxing. so spare me this "life status" garbage

In the past 3 years Andre Ward has won the Super 6, unified half the Alphabet titles at Super Middle and staked claim to being the best at his division in the world. Yet Andre Ward still isn't considered a Big Time name and has never been on PPV

so Guerrero should take note and shut his mouth. Other guys in the sport have beaten bigger names and done much more than pick up a couple lousy Interim belts

heck at this point Guerrero's picked up more interim titles than legitimate ones (3>2)

**not every accomplished boxer who wins titles in several weight divisions is going to get launched into a big PPV fight. Fair or not, that's just the way it is. Instead of non stop running his mouth, Guerrero should try to improve on his resume

"The Ghost just beat the guy Floyd was giving step aside money to if he was his mandatory…"

That's just not true at all, Aydin had been Berto's mandatory for quite some time, and Berto's team was the one constantly paying off Aydin to avoid that fight

why would Floyd have time to bother giving step aside money to Aydin, because his very next fight after Ortiz was Cotto @ Junior Middle

Couldn't Agree More! Guerrero Wants A Tim Bradley Moment "Payday"

Bradley can't beat most the top names at 140, 147, or 154. He just so happened to have an alphabet title, he won from a guy who wouldnt fight. Bradley wouldn't fight ANYONE credible until he could lockdown a life long career payday with Manny Pacquiao. He got that $8m payday, his family's future is secure, and he got a bonus, when Vegas decided they didn't want a worldwide religious presence on center stage, pointing the public away from the sins of ********, promiscuity, drinking/partying, and took the title away from Manny and handed it to Tim Bradley. So a rematch gives Bradley yet another $10m-$12m dream payday. Bradley did not remotely beat Pacquiao, and he wont in a rematch. That's what Guerrero wants with Mayweather, to a tee! Guerrero WON'T even reschedule the fight he cancelled with Marcos Maidana, for supposed shoulder surgery. Too big of a risk. Guerrero can't beat Maidana or most in these divisions. But he's willing to wait and do whatever Mayweather asks him to do, in order to lock down a fight with Floyd... for that dream payday. Then he can thank Floyd the rest of his life. Floyd will definitely take such a fight, because its the perfect fight Floyd looks for; the easiest route to the bank. That's not credible. Guerrero may be a likable guy, but a weasel in Boxing, just like Floyd, just like Bradley.

Well said, all these haters are lost. Ghost will give anyone in the division a run for their money.

          i usually like fitz' articles

but this was pretty weak. Plenty of peopl have called out Floyd and he's fought them/ The fact that Ghost won an interim belt does not mean its not a belt. And in becoming the interim champion, doesnt that usually mean you are the mandatory to the full champ? Kudos to guerrero on his win, he's been calling out floyd for awhile and finally stepped up and became his mandatory. But i think he should fight a couple more times @ww and then hopefully a fight with him and money happens...

The truth is Robert got hit way to much by a fighter with nothing more than a right hand and no defense and was hurt on more than 1 occasion. He has a punchers chance with Floyd and even that is not to good. He got KD by Cassa and He has not looked great against lesser competition. I figure since he and Thurman want to call Floyd out, maybe they should fight one another and make a name for themselves to get the Floyd fight.
Ortiz got dropped like five times in his fights with Berto and Maidana, so what are you talking about. STOP Hating. Haters are the worst people on the planet, they never want to see anyone come up.

How many times had you seen Aydin fight before he fought Guerroro? As a matter of fact, how many times had you seen Aydin fight before he was mentioned as an opponent for Guerrero? When did Floyd give Aydin step aside money? Don't you know Floyd is the A side? Why would he give a nobody money to step aside? Don't you know there is no such thing as a mandatory with fighters like Mayweather? Are you serious? You sound like Guerrero with your ill advised statements. And truth be told, Guerrero was suppose to be Aydin. Aydin's no boxer, he's a all out brawler with no skills and the commentators made that clear through the entire fight. Great job for Guerrero to come back and beat a guy THAT HE WAS SUPPOSE TO BEAT! It was a nice win, don't get me wrong, congratulations to him but let's be realistic Aydin is no world beater, plain and simple. He and Guerrero gets beat by eveyone in the top 10 of the welterweight division.
Aydin was ranked # 1 you dip sh it.

Wow what a bunch of haters jus give him credit for beating a legit opponent. Yes he wants to fight Floyd but he also said he would fight Lopez or Ortiz as well when they asked him. He wants some bigger fights and I think he deserves the opportunity to show us what he can do.

The article was a lil hard on the guy for wanting to get a fight with Mayweather. You can't blame him. Why would you get so offended by him calling out Mayweather?

But if Guerrero feels he is ready then why shouldn't he call out Mayweather? At least he is willing to fight the best guy in the sport.
