    Then you are being ignorant.

He put on 25lbs of mussle, and then took it off with no body fat at 35 years old.

If you can't fathom the toll that took, or use common sense to notice the difference in him before the move up to Heavy and back down, there's no sense in continuing discussing this with you.

That's all obvious and common sense stuff.

It's try. You hate any criticism of Roy or Tyson.
Some of your opinions suck. No person who fights for a living is a coward. Its as simple as that. You can be critical, but to call a fighter a ***** is just hating. You fight Tarver...

Godzhand, you're a Roy fan right? Didn't that piss you off seeing RJJ back off of Tarver?

I think it pissed any sensible fan off. Thats just the truth and RJJ deserves criticism for that. He isn't God.

If I was in RJJ shoes, I wouldn't have back off a dazed Tarver against the ropes.

In fact thats where you would want to punch a dazed fighter... against the ropes. You don't need the fighter to call down to score a knock down. All the ref needs to see if that he used the ropes to reamin standing.

Calling RJJ a ***** is typical trash talk that anybody would say. Did I mean it literally, no.

All I am saying is be critical, but don't hate. I agree, Roy should have faught more. And I also agree he faught to not get KOed. But I won't say Roy is a ball less coward because hes a FREAKING BOXER!!!The other man in the ring is trying to take his head off. Anyone that chooses the career of a professional boxer is a tough person.

RJJ did not use the weight issue as an excuse, why are his fans?

Fighters, nutritionist and trainers especially know what they're capable of. To question their willingness for RJJ to go up and down in weights isn't too smart.

RJJ had his moments in that third fight, but he was unwilling to do what it took to win clearly against Tarver. I think most would agree with that.

Tarver wasn't destroying Jones. Jones just wanted to fight a risk-less fight (like Hopkins against Taylor) and it did NOT work.

I tried looking up the end punching stats on compubox, but they don't have it archived. I believe Tarver landed more punches than Jones. If that is not indicative of the fight Jones fought, then I don't know what is.

I can accept an opinion. And I think its good to be critical. I just don't like trash talking boxing fans. Ecspecially ones who go out of their way to make a great fighter look like trash. LOL

The post you quoted of mine says it all, yes I'm a Roy fan, and yes, he owes me 50 dollars for that third fight. I paid for a boxing match, not a dance contest. I felt like a ****ing idiot when I jumped out of my chair when he had Tarver stunned.

From one Roy fan to another, I hear you. However, thats the risk we talk when we order a boxing PPV. Nothing is guarenteed.
