Riggs in my opinion can beat Donaire in a fight that could very well be the fight of the year but the money isn't there. Donaire is not Pac and Riggs ain't Jr...it took years for Pac and Jr. to reach the limelight..Riggs needs to be patient and fight more or move up and fight Russell..Donaire's too smart.

So let me ask you this, what's worse, going "life n death" vs Cordoba or life n death vs Mathebula? I mean at least Cordoba "KDed" Rigo and was able to close the gap on the cards with it. But Mathebula stole just about every round after the KD from Donaire without dropping him. Pretty sad if you're ranked #4 P4P and you get outboxed by a slow ass bum. I rest my case...

You can't compare the 2 fights, Donaire didn't go life and death with the guy, nor was he running at any point. You can say Rigo won clear (I had him 7 5), but it was a shameful performance. Do you want me to bring up the post fight thread?

I applaud Rigo for his recent aggressiveness against fringe comp, but note that he was a lot more economical against contender types. The Cordoba jab is the cleanest he's been hit. I wanna see him handle just a little adversity before gunning for the elite, prove he can do better.

The 10 fight thing is a ridiculous excuse. It'd be one thing if Donaire had been dominating 122 for eons but dude has had 2 fights... Against the Murkaman dubbed "Super bum" and WVJr... Now Arce? Dude who just pulled that stunt in his last fight? Arce got that KD, but it didnt look good for him after..and that "performance" earned him a fight with Donaire? >__>...Whatever bro lol. All we need now is him to move up to 126 and fight for a vacant title and act like he's proven lol. Whats he gunna do when Rigo chases him to 126?


Lets not act like Donaire hasnt lost, Pac Boy if you want to be fair. Rigo has a title, Donaire wants to unify. That should mean "fight on" but instead it's one of the funniest things we've heard "Unify. With 3 titles". That'd be like Chavez Jr saying he wants to fight the best in the division and be considered the top dog..but not against a lefty..We all know who that'd be directed at (Theyre fighting though!)...and we all know why Donaire conveniently doesnt want the 4th title.

Get this, Donaire is not even the first p4p guy Mathebula gave hell to. Caballero was the rings top 10 p4p, unified champ at 122, huge at the weight. Fighting at home, gets a hometown decision, much tougher time than Donaire.
