Is Cotto vs. Canelo the plan for December?

I kind of feel the same bc I have a hard time seeing GBP letting Canelo get in there with a killer like Cotto.

I think it's more of a logistical issue. Canelo is dead set on fighting in September and Cotto won't fight until December. Can't really fault either guy, but September to December is too quick of a turnaround for Canelo and for the promotion of what would be a huge fight.

Again, cause he turned down a fight in September doesn't automatically mean he wants to go another route. If GBP comes at Cotto with a lot of $ for a fight with Canelo in December I'm sure it'll happen, but I don't think that's realistic for logistical reasons.

frenchman at a catchweight.

And instead of moving a date nobody cares to see him to fight on, he seems deadset on fighting Quintana or Mayorga.
