IMHO, ginger vs any real jr middleweight champion, or title contender is making history. The kid's made a living of ducking the entire division.

Not sure, I'm just taking guesses at what could be historic by Oscar's definition.

This or a Cotto fight seems to be the best potential for a historical event as defined by Oscar's "History" remark.

If Oscar wants to torch Arum, all he would have to do is announce De La Hoya vs Alvarez on the same night and Arum will have a heart attack upon hearing the news. Even though Oscar is way past it - there is no way in hell for Martinez/Chavez to compete with that! Oscar's last checkmate on Arum!

Depends on who wins Mundine McKart. If Bronco, historical = ancient. If Mundine, it means Canelo becomes a part of the historical legends lineage, via Danny Green.
