Agreed! Like that one time De La Hoya had some news he said was going to shake up the boxing world, and it was something ******, I can't remember.

He has done it twice, once it was that he was going to go to rehab or he came out of rehab.

The second time is that he had done a deal with NBC or CBS to air fights.

Some of these interviewers need to grow some balls and ask why they don't choose Lara as an opponent. As a matter of fact, maybe someone on twitter could do it. Ask Oscar why they don't choose Lara, Im intrigued as to what his response will be.

Anyway, how will it be history? First of all, you don't even have an opponent yet and my guess is it will be some bum who anybody even follows. Second of all, you're going head to head vs a more anticipated fight.

The guy has never fought anyone yet, now his fight will be history? He will not fight anyone dangerous and it will be a B level fighter, how is that going to compete with the JCC/Martinez fight?
