The Alexander fight I felt he was robbed. I thought he got that one clearly.

And don't get me wrong, I'd still pick Khan to win but I think Matthysse has a legit shot at the upset. He will catch Khan at some point.
this is absolutely not a fight khan should take. we saw how peterson got to him. mathysse would feast on him pas round 5.

However you can't rely on power with Khan, his chin is much better at 140 than 135. He hasn't even been dropped at 140 when 135 a guy with 5 KO's dropped him LOL.

He certinaly can KO Khan, but Soto is not an indicator. Khan has a completely different style, is much faster and rangier, and has a damn good jab that would help him outbox Matthyse who was very easy to hit. Soto's jab was effective first two rounds.
I did not say Soto was a good indicator. I said he was wilder this fight than the previous 2 stateside. Yes Khan is probably the best fighter in the world inside of 4 rounds. But he's a champ & the fight will be 12 & if Khan doesn't bomb Lucas out in the 1st 4 rounds I am almost certain that Lucas ends his evening. Remember late in fights Khan backs straight to the ropes. Lucas is the premier body puncher at 140.

Khan backs straight up to the ropes, he'll get his bed made. Lucas can straighten up his punches at will. He knew Soto would eventually ****, that's why he fought that way. Lucas knows how to fight. He is not this face 1st brawler some thinks he is.

I think Khan will have trouble when he decides to just stand there and tuck his chin down and put his hand up and lay on the ropes.

We've seen at times when pressured he does that and that is a big flaw of his IMO. Perhaps his biggest.

Against both Maidana and Peterson he did it and it cost him and almost cost him.

At some point, Matthysse will get to him and I think he brings more to the table in that position than both Maidana and Peterson.

        I'd love to see it.

Khan's plan was to be 147 right now after December.... where he planned for Morales

They said, she said, he said, I don't care who said what. Fact is I never!

I never said Maidana would win & if a one handed, slow plodder who can't cut a ring off & has zero defense can do that to Khan I'd love to see what Lucas can do given he is better in every single department than Maidana.

Khan won't get hit as much as Soto is very likely because Soto can take a hell of a lot more punishment than Khan.

            Matthysse DESTROYS Khan.

So Khan fans are just going to pretend that Lamont Peterson's slower, less technical ass wasn't able to cut the ring off on Khan and work him over on the inside at will?

Matthysse would utterly **** the runner, but unfortunately it'll never happen because after Khan spanks soft-ass rookie Danny Garcia he'll move out of the division to keep himself safe and look for bigger fights he actually stands a chance to win.

He will catch Khan, but if you look at his success, it came because Soto was always there to be hit. One shot is not enough to KO Khan at 140.

He is a good fighter, but it will take a lot for him to get that KO. He will take a lot of shots on the way, and even Soto tagged him decently at times.
Khan does back up to the ropes, and that's why he has worked on his strength this time round.

The ropes and Khan saying he isn't hurt is a bad tactic, and Roach has decided to settle Khan down in the middle because if he is too bouncy, or runs, people chase him. They worked on his jab and the ropes, as well as strength and weight.

I definitely think Khan won't get caught as much. Matthyse is fairly slow and Khan can make him miss a out, and also tag him. Soto got in in a lot of hits, but he just isn't strong or powerful enough.

Khan wanted 147 after Peterson 1.

Maidana beat him in the amatuers, and a lot of that was to do with speed. Matthyse 'beat'Judah who everyone says is shot when they talk about Khan's resume LOL. Then he 'beat' Alexander who 'beat' Kotelnik and lost to Bradley.

Khan will outbox Matthyse. Matthyse can't KO top guys and last I checked, Khan hasn't been dropped at 140.

I said back in the mix because he kind of disappeared after the Alexander robbery.

Yes a PED'd up Peterson did, but not at will. Khan won the 12th and won various rounds late. He also won a lot early on. Peterson is an athlete and is fast on his feet. The 2 deductions played a big role on the score cards.

Khan was physically abused by Peterson thus he has worked on his strength and weight, which his new coach is doing.

Khan will tag that mofo all night long, round 1 where Soto jabbed the hell out of him showed that he will get outboxed if you move around.

Khan will move up instead, anyway, so it's a moot point.

Matthysse meanwhile will beat the piss out of whoever stands in his way.
