the main guy at showtime left 2 take over at HBO, when this happened showtime appointed a man who worked with GBP in the past to run there boxing schedule, I would assume they are getting all GBP fights for this reason

Yep, and I really like Tarver and Gus Johnson as well. Just a very good crew who actually call the fight and keep their obvious biases out of it as much as possible. You can always tell who the "A" fighter is in an HBO fight. In a Showtime fight they at least do their best to treat both fighters equally.
