Wow I usually trust the bookies because they favor Dawson against anyone. But I can't believe how wrong they are here. The only way I see Adamek winning is if Chambers has another mental breakdown like he did against Povetkin. But Chambers lately has increased his workrate, and now in shape. I can't see Adamek winning given the styles.

If Chambers wins hopefully he well a rematch with Povetkin.

eddie's not a knockout puncher. this one's going to the cards. i think that's the rub for the bookies


picking eddie to win pretty wide on a real set of cards myself. he'll probably win eight rounds, with adamek making a nice run in the middle of the fight after he gets going and before age sets in and he slows down the stretch


eddie is actually pretty close to being in shape. it will take him another year or so, but i think the kid can be a hell of a cruiserweight if he only weighs 190 lbs. i dont think any of them can beat him at 200.


should be a good fight. nbc sports has been kicking that azz this year

I also predict a decision victory for Chambers, however, since the fight is in Adamek's home turf and Chambers is not really an exciting (albeit skilled) fighter, a robbery is likely.

chambers is in shape at 202lbs. the chris byrd of todays division. i think adamek wins a close decision because he is at home. i think this is a great fight. big fight for both & the division.
