Is Froch HOF worthy?

2 out of 3 of Froch's Title's were vacant.

But, it seems people are beginning to discredit the wins over Taylor and Abraham now.

Yet, he was the underdog in both fights and a large majority of writers and fans were picking him to lose both of those fights.

Same with Bute.

Froch beat Dirrell(a young talented fighter bro),he beat Bute a young talented fighter..Both at the top of his div..Taylor(not prime,but neither was Mosley)Johnson(coming off a KO)AA another top young fighter in the sport...Froch resume is surely better then Cotto's bro..He won all his belts off of Champions as well,none of that vacancy crap(which Cotto is known for)..If Cotto is in then Froch is a shoe in..

glen johnson is ancient. he's been old for years
abraham SUCKS. he sucks. the guy's claim to fame is getting his jaw broken by edison miranda and knockout out jermain taylor's corpse.
other than beating the most one dimensional fighter to win a MW championship (abraham,) dirrel has done next to nothing. and he almost beat froch.
taylor was never the same after losing to kelly pavlik and fighting a bigger man (JT is fighting at MW today. he's clearly a smaller man than froch.)

i dont want to dig, but i dont think you guys remember just how good he was.

he was one of the planet's best fighters. you have boxrec. look at the resume for yourself. cotto's a borderline hall of famer in my book, but was a better and more accomplished fighter than carl froch.

and margarito 2 is not his second best win.

The facts are Froch has beat better opposition i really dont know what your basing it on saying there isn't any comparing the two fighters like Cotto is on another level that is just laughable.

i'm not saying cotto should get into the hall of fame

i dont vote people in to the hall of fame.

i'm saying that i dont think froch should get in, and earlier on i called cotto a borderline case under the current standards. i dont think miguel cotto should get in to the hall of fame either, but i tend to think i keep a higher standard than the consensus, which is fine.

Miguel Cotto lost to the 2 best fighters he fought.

Like I said in an earlier post;

How many fighters have fought top ranked opposition, 5 years in a row, back to back, and won all but 2 of them? 3 of those wins being the clear underdog?

I can't think of another fighter in history who you can say that about.

Cotto's resume is hardly superior to Froch's, and the more I think about it, the more I think that Froch's resume is probably better.
