Definitely one of the greatest fight I've seen also, but I always
said Vargas should of waited, he fought Trinidad to soon and he wasn't the
same afterwards, but he showed incredible heart in that fight

            muhammad ali

well i didnt start watching boxing til 2007 and im 1987 and i probably have the weirdest story of why i started watching boxing. i was bored one day and went to gamestop couldnt find any good game so i got fight night round 3 couldnt play at all at first didnt know a single thing about boxing. so i play and i make heavyweight boxer and i loved playing as muhammad ali even thought it was a video gme i would have to say he was the one who got me into the sport

of all time i would say he is my favorite fighter his combinations speed accuracy the people he beat bt what i loved was that he could take a punch and no one ever fought the level or hard big punchers like him.

but my favorite right now is wladimir klitschko cuz of his athleticism underated hand speed his power and mainly his technique i love his jab

i have watched so many fights beamed through satelite during the 80s but i was still too young to appreciate those fights...

the first fight that i was already appreciative and thus made me a fan was the duran-barkley fight with michael carbajal as an attraction for it's undercard...

yes, it was manos de piedra who was responsible for me being a hardcore fan...

erik morales with his championship win over zaragosa was a landmark fight for my fandom too..

                    • Felix Trinidad hands down. His power in the ring, the passion for the sport and homeland and the way he loved his fans and they loved him back.
