    Pac:

    Floyd avg per fight: 1,436,000
    Pac avg per fight: 950k

Based on these numbers Floyd deserves a 60-40 split
Fo those who disagree that Floyd is the bigger draw, you should look at the master threads in NSB. Mayweather vs Cotto 297,910 views

Men Lie, women lie, numbers don't.
I think if you add in the live gates, it will entitle manny to between 35-40%. But I just want to see the numbers run.

    • I just don't believe that pacquiao is getting the cash that he really deserves.
Too many rumors of him getting loans and advances from Top Rank.

All Schaefer and Team Mayweather are trying to do is get Manny to leave Top Rank. (which is the best thing for all involved including manny)

Just think about it.......If Schaefer can get the media and public to put pressure on Bob Arum to agree to this idea, it would force Top Rank to open their books .

This would allow Manny to see just how bad Bob is screwing him over.
It will show that Floyd really is getting 100% of his money while manny is only getting
a small piece of the pie.

You better believe that Bob would never agree to open those books.

Pac has done better at live gate, but that is because he has fought at cowboys stadium, which is the largest football stadium in the US. But based on that Pac should be entitiled to control the lions share of the gate, but not the ppv numbers.

Can't split hairs. Manny deserves what he's earned.

            • 60-40= No way, 45-55= Yes way. Floyd is the bigger draw here and makes the most money in his fights.

we need to remind these clowns that pac is the REAL ppv star. when pbf fights, it's his opponents they want to see. they want to see his opponent beat the crap out of him. pbf has been riding in pac's popularity since he came back for far too long now. his fans are being deluded into thinking he's something like tyson. tyson didn't have a polarizing image. they neither rooted for him nor want to see him lose. or vise versa. they're just there to celebrate and see a good fight.

You are clearly right about this. After all Pac has sold better on all common opponents. Hold on, what was that? Oh Mayweather outsold Pac on all common opponents. Guess ppl would rather pay to see Floyds opponents beat him morw than they would want to pay to see Pac fight the same opponent.

it's a common knowledge most fans watch his fights to see him lose. unfortunately for fans, he's always expected to win. he'll never lose. he'll avoid high risk competition at all costs. he's not even a good businessman. he'd rather fight for less fighting other fighters when he knows he'll earn astronomical sums fighting pacquiao. easy fight, easy money. it's obvious, he's scared of pac.

That is the most valuable commidity in boxing right now. EVERYONE wants to be there when floyd loses. They will pay out the ass for it. For manny, they will pay prob $99.95 to see manny get his chance to be that guy.

NO one cares who beats floyd, just as long as its someone. People want his mouth closed.
HBO, Haymon and floyd know this. SO they are gonna make you pay for the chance to see it live.
