I'm an objective fan, whereas every post you make these days is designed to either hate completely on Pacquiao or Mayweather, or to slurp Bernard Hopkins's balls. You're a Pacman fan that's why you're saying that. It's clear as day that last nights Cotto is better than a 145 Cotto. 1 simple question, if Cotto was no different why a 145lb catchweight?? Also why did Pacman choose Cotto in 2012 but why did he want the fight at 147 with 148 being the highest?? I'll tell you why, because without a weight advantage clearly in Pacman's favor, he gets worked.
If you won't even admit Pacquiao took Cotto's jab away, instead believing Cotto just stopped, I'm not going to bother talking about this with you.Comment

All i'm gonna say is, even though Pacquiao suffered a broken eardrum in a catchweight fight, he looked better than Mayweather against Cotto. The Cotto of 3 years ago, was younger, fresher, had taken less punishment, and was lighter.
The current Cotto is heavier, older, had 3 fights after Pacquiao, including Margarito rematch in which he was not exactly Pernell Whitaker wit his defense in there. And Cotto is also closer to retirement than he was 3 years ago.
I thought the only thing better about Cotto this time was that he was actually coming off of wins, 3-0 in his last 3. While the 2009 Cotto IMO was coming off 1-2 in his last 3. Lost to Margarito, beat Jennings, and lost to Clottey.Comment

Pretty classy post here chief. Considering you're the admitted flip flopper jumping all over the place about who beats who lately when all your guys are looking average. Jumped off the Khan bandwagon after your ridiculous claim that he's the best fighter under 154 not named Floyd or Manny. Now all of a sudden thinking Pacman has a chance against Floyd because of Cotto. Using the tried & true triangle theory, (but not really).I'm an objective fan, whereas every post you make these days is designed to either hate completely on Pacquiao or Mayweather, or to slurp Bernard Hopkins's balls.
If you won't even admit Pacquiao took Cotto's jab away, instead believing Cotto just stopped, I'm not going to bother talking about this with you.
Any how since we're officially this classy, go **** yourself clown.Comment

there was a very good reason freddy and manny fought cotto at 145,they also turned down the rematch when cotto refused to do another catchweight
cotto wanted the rematch at 154 but manny refused, now you all know whyComment

I would say there was not much in it. Cotto against Floyd was better prepared and in a better spot mentally so if forced I would pick that one but really Cotto has the same flaws and the same strengths.
Manny strengths really limited Cotto and exposed certain flaws, Floyd fought him much different and the way Floyd fights suits Cotto much more.
The same thing would always happen if Floyd and Cotto fought, I think Cotto could do a bit better job against Manny he certainly couldn't do worse but I have hard time seeing him win~Comment

as athletes especially boxing, your present body cannot be fresher than a younger version. There is no going back. Boxers are like cars, once that mileage is driven, its there. The physical toll is in file with the body.
The reason why cotto looked better was the type of fighter he was fighting. Floyd is a defensive counter puncher while pac is a aggressive attacking fighter.
Cotto minus pac on his body is the fresher and better than the Cotto with both pac and margarito on his body.Comment
