lol true.. This is all they can brag about now heheand pac destroyed cotto...and hatton, and delahoya, and mosley...
hey, atleast floyd/floyd fans can brag about his fight with marquez, in which floyd ignored the catchweight, paid off the overage weight fee...ignoring to make the catchweight is much worse than pac having cotto lose 1 pound off of his normal 146 official weigh in weight for their 145 catchweight...and needless to say, the sucka punch against ortizComment

Dodging maybe? I think he miscalculated Cotto.. He chose cotto thinking it's going to be a cakewalk now making a mistake fighting him will only make floyd think of another road block for sure..Comment

Great fight. Cotto fought a great fight, applied pressure when needed, tactically had the right intentions.
116-112 in favor of Mayweather for me.
After watching the fight I feel Pacquiao has a decent shot at beating Mayweather. His straight left through the middle is punch that would give Mayweather nightmares.Comment

Coz if you noticed when cotto got in he would tie him up and muscle cotto so he can't punch.. Floyd's upper body looks massive. Bigger than Cotto. a legit 154 fighter.. Roiding maybe.. He got bigger..Comment

That straight left will get Floyd one way or the other. Pac will throw that left with abandon.Great fight. Cotto fought a great fight, applied pressure when needed, tactically had the right intentions.

actually the blue print didn't come from cotto it's from the ortiz 4th round fight. Ortiz pressing floyd to the ropes I can see now floyd's weakness..I think the reason this fight was close was Cotto's strength. Everytime Floyd tied him up, he would walk Floyd to the ropes. I think if Cotto was not so strong, Floyd would not have got taken to the ropes so much and it would have been a more dominant performance.
All in all, I thought the rounds were close, I didn't score it at the time but I would say Cotto won 3 rounds clear, Mayweather won 6 rounds clear and the others were up for grabs.
Mayweather does not have the accuracy he once had, I noticed this in the Ortiz fight (which I was ringside).
He is not as calm when he is in the action anymore and this is causing him to close his eyes a bit when getting hit and this is why his counters are missing more.
Mayweather is way past prime but Cotto looked really strong and fast so it was a great win at 35 as thats the best I've seen Cotto in a long time.
Ortiz showed the way..
