The boxing fans demanded it, Floyd needed an out without losing face, something that he could con the people in thinking he wanted the fight.

Luckily, I'm not easily conned and said from day 1 that no matter what Pacquiao agrees to Floydy will make an excuse to get out of the fight.

Floyd once again gave proof of ducking Pac! He challenged Pac for blood test of his likes, and when Pac refused for some reasons, he capitalized this issue on his favor. Now that pac gives-in, Floyd abandon this scheme and used money matter for the same purpose of covering his cowardice! As you see clearer now, blood test was not at all an issue here, and money is not at all an issue here, but Floyd ducking Pac is actually the Big issue here!

Floyd doesn't need Pac??? then why the call to Pac then, Floyd? If you don't need Pac then don't call him under any circumstances. Pac numbers in the arena is running out as he is retiring, and while there's time you need to challenge him now for reasonanble offer to make fight possible, that IF.. you have that courage to muster and challenge Pac at this stage! It was a demand of Mayweathers, to have a 50/50 split. Pacquiao accepted it, then Floyd came out with the blood tests when Pacquiao had signed the contract.

11th hour stip, too close for Floyd, the fight almost happened then.

I wouldn't be so sure. Remember "everything is agreed, Pacquiao just needs to take the test". That used to be the official party line from the Mayweather fanboys.
