Well first Floyd claimed he was going to wire Manny 20M that day if he had agreed, which would indicate a "verbal binding agreement" (look it up) then in turn he would be forgoing the 100Mil in ppv revenue he would have been entitled to after the fight was done. Apparently Floyd counter sued Manny, Boxing Talk had an article, Pacmans lawyers want Floyd to release his earnings from 2009 to the present but Floyd wont show them, Floyd claims Manny suing him or defamation lowered his income or something.

Floyd is a *****, every other fighter has fought Manny without ridiculous demands becaue they are FIGHTERS. JMM in many peoples eyes beat Pacman, yet Floyd after seeing Pacman struggle still won't fight him? Pacman couldnt even drop JMM at the higher weight.

I can't follow a guy like that, I am a fight fan and I want to see the fight, but not anymore cause Pacman has slowed down big time, it would have been nice to see this fight happen after the Cotto fight while Pacman was still in his athletic prime and had a chance.

Now Floyd would pick him apart easily, cause Pacmans athleticism is not the same.

What people don't seem to have noticed is that we know nothing of Mayweather's so-called huge paydays, except what Mayweather himself tells us. PPV's numbers and "gate" numbers can be inflated. They do this by paying the small tax on the sale. So, a 15,000 seat arena could have 9,000 paid fans, 2,000 free seats and 4,000 empty seats on which the few dollars sales tax has been paid. So they trumpet a SOLD OUT house. They may do the same thing to inflate PPV's. Promoter's tricks.

Pac don't fight for the money... so nobody understands why Pac keeps refusing. He wouldn't even take 50/50 back when Floyd offered him that....
