He'd beat all of them, but Khan would probably be the most competitive (at least in terms of handspeed, cause I could see him getting stopped) and him coming from the Freddie Roach camp would make the build-up entertaining.

We can already cross off Sergio Martinez and Manny Pacquiao most likely. As Sergio is fighting Lee/Chavez and fights only every 5-7 months, so he won't fight again until March-June most likely.

I'm fairly sure he'd make an exception.

If Floyd beats Cotto, Martinez is the next logical step (outside of Pacquiao). However, it will probably be Canelo or Berto.
