He'll have to rematch Cotto after Cotto sparks him out

Sergio would jump at fighting Floyd whenever he wanted it. Pac doesn't have to fight someone else before Floyd. If Floyd isn't fighting one of those two guys, it isn't worth his or our time.

Sergio himself said he's fighting Chavez in September, and than Floyd, wasn't there an article on here or some s**t like 2-3 days ago??? That means he wouldn't fight Floyd until Spring 2013......

And you seriously think that by the time Floyd gets out of jail in July/August, that Manny won't have his next opponent????

Sergio would fight Floyd in late November or December in a heartbeat. I have no doubt about that. Pac probably has an opponent now.

I realize that either fight happening this year is basically a dream, but it doesn't change that those are the only two fights worth his time.

If Canelo can beat a Top SWW (Cotto-Molina-Lara-Kirkland), that's a good fight to me. Berto, if he can beat Ortiz, is a legit and good fight.

Sergio and Pacquiao are obviously the two best fights there that are possible, but they aren't realistic for December. I'll go by what Sergio said with regards to his future plans, seeing as he signed to fight the Lee/Chavez winner in September, he's not fighting anyone else in Late 2012.

He's active and this 6 months between Cintron and Mosley is the longest he's been inactive his whole career. He's going to fight again in September, Golden Boy already is saying he will. They need to match him with a Cotto, Lara, Kirkland, Molina in September, or a Floyd fight is pointless.

Those three GB won't do. Too risky.

None of the above.. Martinez is who he needs to fight. I believe Floyd could come in really light and still win... at 160.

I highly doubt Mayweather would fight Berto. I can't recall 2 Al Haymon fighters ever fighting each other.
