first of all ray didnt KO floyd sr, he decisioned him.

Ray stopped Floyd Sr. in the late rounds.

Mayweather was tough, he took a real beating and some really hard shots and still finished the fight on his feet when the ref stopped it.

i don't even know why is this up for debate...floyd or pac have no chance at all against either srl or hearns. but then it's really unfair to match them due to size disparity. leonard and hearns basically started their boxing careers at welters whereas floyd started his at 130 and pac at much lower weight.

Hey man. Good post here. Guess what else? Cotto is going to hit him too. He's never fought a fighter like Cotto either. Cotto has faced slick, fast black fighters numerous times. He has deceptive hand-speed and Floyd is acting a little different already. His behaviour toward Cotto is a little suspect to me. Either he is trying to play mind games by being so nice he hopes Cotto under-estimates him, or he ready to lose. I watched that Faceoff yesterday and was shocked! What do you see happening in this fight? How can Cotto win in your eyes? What are Mayweathers weaknesses?

To beat Mayweather you need to be as unconventional as possible and have incredible speed.

I totally agree with you. Neither one of them would have dominated in that era either. Matter of fact, I see a couple losses in that group alone. Neither one has fought anyone near as good as a prime Hoya, Trinidad, Quartey!
