Leonard, Duran, Benitez, Hearns, Hagler, Cuevas, these guys made up a great era. Saying that it took 3 years for Leonard and Hearns to fight is ******!!!!!!!!!!! Hearns just won the title a year earlier when they fought. HOW MANY years have Pac and Floyd owned titles now???!!!!!!!!!!!!

Win or lose, both Oscars and Tito's resumes and level of opposition are crazy! They fought pretty much everyone there was to fight. Those were the good ole days!

I'm surprised at some of the anti-Leonard s**t on here.

The guy beat 4 ATG's in Benitez, Hearns, Duran, and Hagler.

                He's one of the greatest.

Pernell was still greater than both, in my opinion.

It's all simple minded people that have nothing invested in the outcome other than there own personal enjoyment. People that dont run a mile, spar a round, or cash a check. I dont think either fighter is scared of the other. When the numbers match up business wise then the fight will be on.
This fight has been losing its luster and will continue to do so the longer that it is delayed. The right time would have been last year. The longer you wait the risker it becomes because if either fighter flat out loses, there goes a big chunk of its marketability. I'm a big Pac fan but I feel he lost his 3rd fight with JMM as did many others. This alone has caused this fight so lose some luster. If Floyd is waiting for the numbers to match up, then he's already waited too long. Its obvious the fight isnt going to happen this year even if both fighters are victorious in thier next bouts. Floyd is going to prison and Manny is on the verge of retiring. I myself have even lost interest. Its more of a soap opera now.
