The point I'm making is that Manny left himself open to a low ball by saying he would take less and as I mentioned, Mayweather had no business offering him that. At that point it would be partially up to Pac to define "less". It doesn't matter if it was to the media or during negotiations, Pac should have never indicated he would take less.
