Leonard fought them all. There was no delays. Leonard fought Hagler after a prolonged absence due to a detached retina. A viable excuse. It's not like there was a Margarito, Tzsyu, Cotto etc. left behind so stop it.

I think "raping" is a bit of a stretch unless you yourself were in the gym watching the sparring sessions. By many accounts both had great work together and the fight was offered to Pryor being he called for it and thought he could beat Leonard. He was offered his biggest payday and he turned it down. I mean, look at Mayweather Pacquiao scenario as of recent. Floyd apparently offered Pac's biggest guarantee and he turned it down, so does Pac get put into the same category as Pryor for sticking to his guns and that Floyd is afraid? Of course not...

This comment is coming from a guy who deliberately DUCKED Aaron Pryor; who retired in 1982 to avoid Hagler; and then waited until the Marvelous One slowed down a great deal and didn't even want to fight any more to fight him; waited nine years to give Hearns a rematch after watching the Hearns looking vulnerable against James Kinchen and was given a draw against Hearns because the public didn't want him to go out like a sucka; made Donnie Lolnad come all the way down to super middleweight for a fight instead of going up....

SRL has some balls. This coming from the guy who called a huge press conference, invited Hagler and everybody in boxing, just to retire and make Hagler look like a fool. He never gave Hagler his shot until after his divorce when he was hurting in the wallet. I got mad respect for you Ray but he needs to stay out of this.
