It's about their current reign. Bottom line= his best win is against Wlad. Byrd's and Ruiz are against better fighters. Like I said Brewster is better than Byrd and Ruiz, but wont be ranked higher until he beats one of them. They're championship resumes are more impressive, and they're both currently champions, so they HAVE to be ranked ahead of Brewster at this time.
