There's enough crap in there. The last thing we need is the WBC saying Maskiev deserves to be in there, and the IBF with Ray Austin ranked at #2.

What the sanctioning bodies say is not relevent. It's what's been holding everything back.

You again miss the point of the why the thread was even started, Maskaev fought the #1 while he was #2. Maskaev won the fight declaring the mandatory spot, Toney comes in and just takes the mandatory and Maskaev was again moved back to the #2 spot. Thread's called Maskaev getting screwed.
