I thought there were supposed to be 20 better fighters? And how is Devon anything at welter if the only guy hes beat is terrible at 147? LOL...Devon aint fighting Brook. Senchenko is fighting Malignaggi and im sure Jones has a fight lined up also. Zaveck would be ok, about the same as Maidana but Maidana is a bigger name. It will garner more attention fighting him.

Anyway yeah Brook should have been moved along quicker. Unfortunately he was promoted poorly by Frank Warren. I expect Eddie Hearn to delivery him bigger fights.

Alexander is at least now ranked in the division and has a better style suited for the bigger weights to actually test Brook. Is Maidana even staying at 147? Zaveck is a much better fight and fighter than Maidana at 147. Really, any decent contender at 147 is good enough.

Why are you so hung up on this "ranked" ****? You yourself said that Devon beat a guy who was terrible at 147. What has Zaveck done to be considered much better than Maidana? Not a lot. At the end of the day, Maidana is a bigger fight and Brook needs to get his name out there. Thats why hes stalled so long

Clottey is better then Hatton or Maidana,but I would not mind Brook fighting Jones either...I got Jones in that one...

Alexander is a bigger name then Maidana tbh,and its not about who you fight as much as how you win...Zaveck and Alexander both on eye sight alone are better fighters then Maidana...Brook needs to step it up,Maidana at 147lb is not cutting it...

Why would he? Brook is not a big name in the US yet. Beating someone like Maidana would get his name out there.

Kotelnik and Matt's were not big names either,he fought them..I'm not big on Alexander,but I have to admit he fights everyone...I also really want to see this fight,I like the style match up..Not sure who I think will win tho...
