Sergio spanks floyd, therefore the fight never happens.

I'm not badmouthing european fighters, I'm european. When I said "european level" I meant continental level, as in "not worldclass".

My examples of Floyd making someone lose focus? What?
I'm gonna clarify my point as much as possible :

Martinez beat Barker and Macklin because they lost their focus and got tired and he took advantage of it. He didn't do anything special, he didn't adjust. He fought the same way he always fights, in the early rounds his opponents were sharp and boxed well and then they got sloppy and made Martinez's job easier.

Why are people acting like fighters don't fade?
wow, your dumbass said sergio didnt adjust?

Apparently you dont actually dont watch fights (unless floyd is fighting)

Apparently YOU didn't watch the fight.

Martinez did NOT adjust. He didn't do anything that he wasn't doing earlier in the fight against Macklin or Barker.

Martinez was simply able to land more frequently because the fighters gassed and he was able to maintain his workrate because his conditioning was superior to theirs.

Macklin isn't even a very good boxer, but he was able to stay in the fight and even take the lead at one point because he wasn't allowing Sergio to have his way. Once he started gassing, he stopped jabbing, he stopped ALL head movement, and he stopped attacking the body in favor of hail mary haymakers .. hoping to land something huge before he was totally spent.

Sorry but Sergio isn't some late blooming phenom.

For you to imply Floyd is avoiding him for ANY OTHER reason other than size and weight division is down right ******.

You know this, but pretend otherwise because you have nothing else better to do.

Floyd has come up 5 classes and won in each of them. How many has Martinez gone up? He won't even consider fighting anyone at 168 from the Super Six tourney.

Don't try to make Sergio seem lionhearted. He's taking on soft touches trying to wait it out until he gets a fight with either Floyd or Manny. Its definitely not the other way around.

So both Barker and Macklin gassed in fights with Martinez and that's why he got the KO's? Nonsense. If they gassed that only means that Sergio Martinez out worked and made them fight. Sergio is a durable fighter hands down. Mayweather even said Martinez has a good fighting style.
