I personally don't find him boring I find him highly entertaining but I understand why people might.

I believe it's because casual fans don't really know much about the sport and don't appreciate the sport. Only TRUE boxing fans respect and appreciate the skills and Mayweather.

Floyd is aggressive offensivel, and more vulnerable defensively nowadays. I hope to see more of the Floyd that fought JMM to show up on May 5th.

oscar, baldomir were fairly boring, hatton too, but mainly thanks to the ref

i wouldn't call him boring, live i am pumped because he is skilled and he pounces fast, it's a beauty to watch, but i wouldn't rewatch most of his fights, whereas i've watched a couple of roy jones, marquez, pacquiao, morales etc alot and repeated alot of fights

Because a certain fighters fans think boxing means running into the center of the ring and swinging wildly until someone goes down. Anyone who uses defense or movement is "coward runner" to these particular non-fans.

blah blah blah...so in order to be a 'true' boxing fan you have to appreciate all styles?

'true' boxing fans might respect it, doesn't mean that its their preferred style
