The answer is, nobody knows but Pac's camp. Konz is Pac's advisor and I'm sure he has dealings with negotiating fights for Pac. Ultimitely Arum puts the final stamp of approval but you cant say that Konz has absolutely NOTHING to do with or has NEVER negotiated a fight for Pac. That's like saying that Ellerbe plays no role in Floyd's negotiations.

Now answer my question. Was Floyd lying when he said Konz flew to Vegas so that they can try and work out a deal for a possible fight? Is that not a form of negotiation?

When camp Pacquiao started *****ing about Angel Hernandez being a part of Marquez's team, they quickly withdrew their comments as soon as Angel agreed to any form of drug testing including feces and hair, as long as Manny Pacquiao underwent the same testing.

Not sure why i cant quote on my ohone but to pacsmash, yes i know those are demands but im trying to fit it into what coach webb was saying. Floyd putting out the terms of drug testing and revenue are offers but they are demands because he does not budge on his stance, he isnt being negotiable. The point is that floyd does negotiate for himself because he spells out the terms he wants, whether he budges or not. Haymon drafts or reviews the contracts, ellerbe gives handjobs under the table.
