Floyd demanding a date is not negotiation, Floyd not allowing PAC to get any of the ppv shares is not negotiation. Floyd offering PAC a set purse is not called negotiation. Team PAC sending koncz to Floyd is called negotiating, team PAC trying to compromise by counter offerin what Floyd demanded is called negotiating.

It would have about 3 years ago, cost well over $20,000 according to reports I've seen. I don't know how the boxing clubs with Olympic entrants can afford it. As it is only a handful of top boxers have agreed to it anyway. And I'm sure it would need to be not mre than a very tiny portion of their purses.
