His power should be rated like it is, in the sense that he beats you with accumulation of punches and doesnt have one punch knockout power.

He does hurt you. I dont know how his power is rated by the public and media honestly.

I honestly don't think Pac has more power. He has the speed so he lands at different angles when people don't see the punches coming. I guess the only way to test their power is to stand in front of each and take their best punch. I would rather take Pac's punch. Cotto's will do more damage.

pac definitely doesn't have more one shot power than cotto, just far more deceiving punches. cotto's punches are much slower and thudding and easier to see but there's no way pac has more 1 punch power than cotto, that's a joke

He absolutely has fight changing power, especially to the body but the real question is can he land any of that on Floyd. What will help him in this fight is his ability to catch his opponents cleanly. If he can do this with Floyd he could change Floyds "strategy" and make Floyd respect him. If he can do that than he has a real chance.

How is his power overrated? In Jr welterweight the only fighter he didn't stop was Paulie Malinagi. In welterweight the only guy he didn't stop was shane mosley. But he has stopped everyone in super welterweight/Jr middleweight. To add to the equation, fighter that he didn't stop has WORLD CLASS chins!!!!

He used to be a good body puncher but seems to have stopped doing what he used to do.

Margarito said he didnt hit hard, but maybe he was lying. Paul Maliggnagi took his punches, so did Pac.

So i dont think his power is exceptional. But he used to body punch well and stop people similar to Ricky hatton who he was compared to.
