I do disagree about what Cotto has shown. He has shown that he has gotten his personal life somewhat together (divorce, sex scandal, quarrel with uncle, dads death, etc). He has a solid corner and support group around him and he isn't killing himself to make weight. All that in my opinion equates to a better and more focused Cotto than a few years past, which spells trouble for Floyd.

I may take some prop bets on Mayweather to offset my losses in case Cotto catches beatdown.

I'll give you those 2 fights, not only was he discouraged, both of them beat him down. Floyd isn't either and that's the difference. Although Floyd has been a bit more offensive as of late, and probably won't change that at first against Cotto. Why should he? He is faster and is an excellent counter puncher. If Cotto brings that superb timing, his speed may be annulled. A bit more offensive is a far cry from a pressure fighter. Margarito couldn't see out of one eye, not that he was missing a leg. He pressured forward and Cotto chose to RUN backwards as opposed to circle him frequently. Actually I'd say it was better than it has been in the past few years. He was running back, albeit fighting effectively, he was in a 5th reverse gear. Yes he beat Clottey by the skin of his teeth, no doubt. That was a period when Cotto was at his worst in his career and he still sc****d by a top rated WW. If it was a non troubled Cotto, he would have won a clearer decision, I truly doubt he would have KO'd Clottey.

Originally posted by bray26 View PostBradley hadls skill, I agree, he's undefeated! And u have to give him his due! I think what hurts him in this fight is that he's an in your face, aggressive kind of fighter! He keeps a good pace and work rate with his punches per round. And fights and fighters like that Pac has done his best work. One or two things is gonna happen, hes gonna feel Pacs power and 1)trade or 2) run. Either way most probably leads to a loss. A close fight is gonna favor PAC because of the powers that be. So ultimately Bradley will have to A) KO PAC or completely out class him and those two are just hard for me to see happening. But who knows? It's boxing right
