I beg to differ, Cordoba alone was much more of a challenge than any of Yuri's comp at -9 fights.
i see your point D, but he's been a pro for a couple years now and he has been very inactive, if he was a lil more active he might have a few more people know about him, and like you said only me you and a couple others know about him. no one new who donaire was intill the ko of vic. he's talented but needs to get active and be seen more so others can see him. and yuri is 10 times more exciting and known as rigo. you cant compare the two

the last time i seen this guy fight was the most boring i have ever seen, worst than floyd. he can be the #1 b4b fighter in the world. the guy back pedalled all night, least to say he won the fight but i would never watch the guy again, specially after they heavily promoted that fight. it probably left a bad taste for top rank.

And now everyone is running scared, praise him for be willing to challenge himself and fight supposedly the best...
I don't recall Lara wanting to give molina a remach do you? so stop your whinningand if you are going to criticize a fighter for ducking be objective and fair.

Do you see what's wrong here? Vic at this point was a force and many felt he was not gonna go out in such a manner vs Donaire. At the same time Donaire already had a strong enough following to be risked and elevated to a new level.

The question is will Rigo's stock rise beating Donaire as much as Donaire's did after blowing away Darchinyan?

żIs Rigondeaux an attention w h o re? He's complaining cause no one acknowledged his presence, maybe the idiot doesn't realize that he fought on showtime(HBO's rival network)& that's why Larry Merchant & no one else of HBO didn't mention him & Arum has Donaire's schedule already set & Rigondeaux is not in the game plan yet & that's why Arum didn't mention him & he's also got to realize he's not a super star & not many people know who he is yet!!
