means nothing IF you know you won't ACTUALLY get tested.

i'll fly to the moon and back by flapping my arms if i get a $100m guarantee
for a fight against against mayweather. and i'll beat him within a round.
seeing as my bluff is unlikely to be called it means nothing what i just said (i hope to god mayweather doesn't call now or i gotta lot of work to do for my $100m and a beating coming straight after it!!!)

If there were no testing as per the rules of the WBC, then Rubio has a case. My question is, I wonder if he would have made this an issue had he (Rubio) won?

Why are there so many weird things coming from this camp involving peds?

This could turn this fight into a NC.

You have to be really naive to not strongly suspect something here.

I think it should be a NC.

Lets see, Jcc Jr was suspended 7 months in the past for having a banned diuretic in his system. What would the suspension be if he tested positive for a second offense? Jr having the "weight issues" going into the fight makes me think there is a reason the WBC and Jose Suliman "conveniently" forgot.

Its a WBC contractual obligation, the Texas Athletic commission doesnt require testing, so theres no way it can get overturned to a NC.

I wonder if the WBC forgot to test Donaire/ Vazquez as well
