Yes. Canelo is a young hungry lion. He's a prodigy and will do big things in his career. He's big, fast, powerful, and intelligent. You can't down play a match up with Canelo at 154, unless your an idiot.
An extremely dangerous fight because of the aforementioned positives. I dare Floyd to try to block one of those punches, he'll get hurt regardless.
Mayweather-Canelo is a good fight because it presents a danger greater than even Pacquiao. Mainly because of the size advantage for Canelo. Speed, and power, pacquiao has. Size, he does not have.

If Floyd doesn't fight Canelo who else is he supposed to fight?
Pac won't fight on May 5. (unless it is with JMM)
Amir Khan is coming off a loss to Lamont Peterson.
Andre Berto is hurt.
Robert Guerrero isn't good enough and too small according to some of you.
That leaves Sergio Martinez, Miguel Cotto, Canelo, and Victor Ortiz.
I would love to see Floyd in against Sergio but not at a catchweight. If Guerrero is too small then Martinez might be too big.
Cotto is shot and has only looked good against crap fighters like Yuri Foreman, Mayorga, and a plasterless Margarito.
Victor Ortiz is available and I wouldn't mind a rematch, but do we really need to see one?
That leaves only........Canelo. Or am I missing someone else?
